Biohazardous STUDIES CENTER OFFERS THE POSSIBILITY OF ACCREDITED ONLINE TRAINING WITH VALID UNDER THE RD 53/2013

The 1 February 2013 has issued a Royal Decree 53/2013 laying down the basic rules for the protection of animals used for experimental and other scientific purposes, including teaching.
This Royal Decree incorporates into Spanish law Directive 2010/63/EC,

on the protection of animals used for scientific purposes.

In relation to staff working with experimental animals, and training, fourth transitional provision provides that the persons authorized by the competent authorities to perform the functions corresponding to the categories established under the provisions of Royal Decree 1201/2005, of 10 October, keep that power in reference to those functions, without prejudice to the requirements of adaptation to new regulations that may be adopted in the future.
